Knowledgeable contacts and fast, reliable support are critical to our customers as their equipment is needed in the field or for security measures. That’s why our service is based on four success factors:

Manufacturer certified workshop and spare parts warehouse In our own service workshop we carry out repairs and maintenance of almost all products. We have been trained and certified for these services by our American and Canadian manufacturing companies. Thanks to our spare parts warehouse, we can provide our service quickly and independently of our foreign manufacturing companies.
Fast on-site assistance and 24-hour hotline Failures in detection equipment in airport security and cargo screening can have serious consequences. That is why we offer intensive support for this area. In addition to a 24-hour hotline, our offer includes an on-site maintenance service by trained service technicians and the provision of loaner equipment.
User training Our products require explanation and proper operation for safety reasons. In training courses, we provide users with all the knowledge required for the flawless and long-lasting operation of the equipment.
Regular quality audits Our company and its processes are comprehensively audited at regular intervals and certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015.
