The agile walking robot Spot® from Boston Dynamics belongs to the latest generation of mobile remote-controlled robots and sets standards in terms of its impressive mobility and autonomy. Thanks to its agility, it can climb stairs, overcome uneven terrain or traverse narrow passages where conventional tracked vehicles cannot.

ELP DEVELOPMENT

This EOD toolkit, specially developed for the Spot® walking robot, supports EOD technicians in demanding application scenarios where precision, safety and reliability are crucial. Its functions significantly extend Spot’s range of applications, especially in hard-to-reach or risky areas.

Made from hard-wearing aluminum and robust stainless steel, partially hardened for maximum resilience. Each tool impresses with its high durability and precise workmanship. Thanks to the well thought-out design, all parts can be assembled without tools.
This means that quick changes or flexible adjustments are possible at any time.

UNIVERSAL HOOK TOOL (2 VERSIONS)

The universal hook tool is a precise special tool for securely threading and fixing wires or cables. It enables controlled work even in areas that are difficult to access or sensitive.

The fine hook shape allows cables to be gripped, guided or held in position. In addition to gripping and pulling wires, for example to expose buried ignition cables, the hook is also suitable for pulling and lifting objects that can only be handled to a limited extent with the standardSpot® gripper – such as floor grids, ring eyelets, car door handles, carrying handles on softbags or similar components.

WINDOW BREAKER TOOL

This tool is specially designed for the targeted destruction of tempered glass. It enables quick access to vehicles or buildings in critical situations. Made of durable materials, the module offers high reliability under load.

HOOK BLADE TOOL

This precise cutting tool for cutting clothing, webbing, ropes and other strong textiles enables controlled cuts even under time pressure and in sensitive situations. The sharp, durable blade ensures reliable performance with minimum effort. The blade is available in two different versions and can be changed without tools. This ensures a consistently high cutting performance for every application.

PRECISION GRIPPER TOOL

This tool is a precision gripper tool for securely gripping small and fine objects. It enables precise holding, plucking and positioning even in hard-to-reach areas. The finely crafted tips ensure maximum control and high accuracy. The ergonomic design enables smooth and controlled work. In combination with the Spot® flexible arm, zippers can be opened or suspicious objects can be gripped precisely and accurately.

SOFTBAG

The advantages of the EOD toolkit softbag are its low weight, very compact dimensions and robust workmanship. Easy opening allows quick and convenient access to the contents. Inside, a sturdy hard foam insert ensures that the tools are stored safely and clearly.
