EnRicH 2025 – We are part of it!

From June 30 to July 4, 2025, the ELP robotics expert team and Roboverse Reply (specialist for IT integration) will take part in the European Robotics Hackathon (EnRicH) – and face the challenges at the Zwentendorf nuclear power plant near Vienna, which has never been put into operation. With participants from all over Europe, EnRicH will once again be a hotspot for robotic innovations in the safety-critical environment this year. The aim is to test robotic systems under realistic incident scenarios – for the first time with a special focus on robot/drone cooperation. The teams put their technologies to the test in three categories: mapping, manipulation and search & rescue – either individually or in combination.

The complex tasks were developed by Fraunhofer FKIE in close cooperation with the Austrian Armaments and Defense Technology Agency (ARWT). An independent jury evaluates the performances – with renowned experts such as Dr. Michael Gustmann, Kenneth Pink and Prof. Daniel Watzenig, who contribute their expertise in robotics and nuclear safety.

We are looking forward to intensive days full of technology, team spirit and valuable exchange!
