Following the first training course in spring, we have now successfully completed the second operator training course on the EOR remote steering platform – once again in close cooperation with Armasuisse and under the direction of Adrian Schmitter. This time, a new group of participants was on hand to be intensively trained in the operation of the PackBot 525 and FirstLook platforms from Teledyne Flir and the MPU5 wireless network from Persistent Systems in just a few days. With the successful completion of both training runs, a key milestone has been reached – the project is now on the home straight.
