The DSEI (Defense & Security Equipment International) UK took place in London from September 9 to 12. The trade fair is one of the most important international events in the field of defense and security technology. It offers armed forces as well as industrial and research institutions a platform to present the latest developments and promote professional exchange. This year, the focus was on technological innovations and strengthening cooperation between the players involved. Among other things, the team from Boston Dynamics<\/a> and ELP GmbH presented the innovative “X-DiS” disruptor integration developed by ELP for the agile walking robot Spot. Spot belongs to the latest generation of mobile remote-controlled robots and is characterized by high mobility and autonomy. The Spot X-DiS accessory, specially developed for defusing tasks, now extends the range of applications of the Spot system to the field of bomb disposal. The presentation of this solution met with broad international interest at the trade fair, underlining the relevance and topicality of the approach in an international context. <\/p>\n\n
