Our company recently joined the Deutsches Rettungsrobotik-Zentrum e.V. (DRZ). The DRZ is a non-profit association based in Dortmund, which unites a broad network of renowned members from the fields of research, application and industry. Its main objective is the development of needs-based, innovative rescue robotics for civil emergency response and their integration into practical use. Especially in situations where the safety of the emergency services is at risk.<\/p>\n\n

Particularly noteworthy is the DRZ’s Living Lab, which is unique in Europe and offers all association members a diverse test environment for development and research projects. Here we have the opportunity to extensively test and further develop our robotic systems for civilian emergency response.<\/p>\n\n
We are delighted about our new membership of the DRZ, which also gives us the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the DIN 91477 standard (robot systems for use in emergency situations), which was only published this year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
